Rachel and Lilly were fantastic! They calmed me and my puppy down so quickly. I felt so safe and well looked after:) I couldn't have asked for better service! They are just fabulous.!
The staff are very friendly and they really do care about our pets. They are very knowledgeable and happy to explain about the condition and/or treatment in a way that makes it easier to understand. The premises are spotlessly clean and tidy. We have used MediVet Bell Green for well over 15 years for our pets, knowing full well our pets are in the best hands. Definitely highly recommended!
Fab practice, everyone is really friendly and kind. The vet was really good with my cat who is a bit of a nervous boy but they were so professional and friendly he relaxed quickly. I got all the advice I needed and did not feel rushed, though I can imagine they are quite busy. It's a tough job but they do it with a smile and it makes a stressful experience much easier on both me and my pet.

Couldn't recommend the team here more. They were friendly, super helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about the wellbeing of my cat. Another couple were there at the same time and they seemed to be receiving the same level of treatment. A+++
Wouldn’t go anywhere else, all the staff are friendly and have always identified problems straight away with the correct treatment without trying to rip you off. From receptionist’s to veterinarian’s the care and initial welcome to my dog always makes my dog happy to be there.
Medivet bell green has always been my go to vets my 2 cocker spaniels Alfie and ted unfortunately passed recently had gone there all there life 14 years and we’re so well looked after by Lilly and the staff when they had to be put to sleep Lilly was so amazing with them I have such a high regard for her and the way she has about her with animals my boys adored her and we’re always at ease
I had my two rabbits neutered here and all the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and cheerful. After the rabbits we’re home they started fighting continuously and so I called the vets asking for advise. The woman I spoke to was so helpful and from using her advise I have been able to stop the fighting and now they’re getting on great. I couldn’t recommend this vets enough!
