   Wow what can i say my labradoodle marley Needed a serious groom was very sceptical about what he would look lile as last time he was groomed he was shaved so short an di was so unhappy but i need of not worried The staff at pooch patch was amazing Very attentive and good with the dogs marley come out happy and tail wagging looked and smelt amazing And what an amazing job they did with his cut Pooch patch from now on will 100% be marley new groomer thank you guys so happy

   Pooch patch gave me a courtesy call they mentioned a pre-warning to me that they have fleas problem at the time so I cancelled the appointment and found appointment 45 mins away in which they checked my dog had none & I checked frequently my dog had none. Months later I called perhaps poochpatch had that fleas issue fixed, they said yes so I had my dog groomed there, sadly my dog then picked up fleas, I treated it at home, thought its gone, brought him in to them for grooming & they called said my dog had fleas & charge extra £15 for cleaning up from impact, but initially my dog did not have a flea issue as arrived with none and hung out with no other dogs and the only place he caught fleas is at that groomer Pooch patch stratford-upon-avon. I cannot delete reviews I have posted, but I can add that Pooch patch called me to rectify the issue, that they don't have fleas so my dog could not have caught it from their pooch patch place, they also kindly refunded me back my £15 in exchange for removing this review - which I am unable to as per Google settings. I hope pooch patch all the best in their good service.

   Thank you to Sarah for taking great care of our nervous dog. He looks absolutely gorgeous with his fresh groom and we’ve had lots of lovely compliments on how cute he looks when we’re out on dog walks…of course we always recommend the fabulous team at Pooch Patch!

   I certainly wouldn't be returning with either of my dogs. There was a minor incident due to them NOT following my advice and due to the outcome and misinformation to other groomers, I've not been able to get my dog groomed! A response that is misleading and not based on TRUE facts! I would be EXTRA careful when EVEN considering to use this groomer. My dog has never bitten another groomer that I have been made aware of. I did consult my vets prior to him being groomed and moving out of the area and taking on another rescue dog, surely I have a right to find a groomer that works for me and my dogs? I don’t understand why any groomer would continue if a dog was aggressive.
