Staff member was implying we stole a bottle of perfume yesterday when shopping for Christmas items. She had put it down on a shelf behind her and couldn’t see it, she asked if we had picked it up, we said no. She said she was calling security to check the cameras as we were the only other people in the aisle. A different customer then pointed it out to her on the shelf , we received no apology from the member of staff in question for the mix up. Then when we asked if we could smell an aftershave in the glass cabinet, she very rudely and abruptly said “can’t you see I’m with another customer” and walked off. We were taken aback and just left the store. I can totally understand if she was helping somebody else and we’re happy to wait but there is a way to say it, but also after no apology for the mistake she made by putting a bottle of perfume down and not being able to see it and basically accusing us of taking it. Awful, every time I come into this store there is an issue with one thing or another. I won’t be coming back here again.

The pharmacist is exceptional. Always happy to help and really goes out of his way to satisfy a request. All staff in store are great. The ONLY downside I'd say with this store is it should be twice the size at least. The only decent beauty store in PT should be bigger.

Then proceeded to discuss existing diagnosis and the benefits of taking Vitamin D and K2. He was 1000% fantastic. Thank you

All the usuals you find in any boots store, but the staff in both shop and chemist are really polite and helpful. They bend over backwards with service plus have great knowledge of the items in the shop and of course the meds in the chemist section.
