I could write so much about Emma but this review probably wouldn’t allow me to write everything that I want. Emma is absolutely phenomenal at her job she definitely deserves a pay rise! Out of the 2 managers emma is by far the best! I always ask for Emma when I go in as she is the most informative and will always be there to help, and you can tell that she wants to help and is happy to help her customers. Emma deserves that absolute world! Thank you Emma xx

For the most part, Nice Staff, I would of given you 5/4 stars but there's a member of staff that called my son and his friend "The reason he dosent want kids" after asking a question about the new nintnedo console that they want so desperately overall great but just look out for a grey haired and bearded late 60s man

The item that i wanted had become unavailable in nearly all the Argos stores close to me .... so i travelled to this one which is well out the way but needs must :) Easy to find store and ample free parking right outside. A small store but i was very impressed how well laid out it was. The girl who served me could not have been more awesome, very friendly and welcoming and also very efficient. Total time from entering the store to leaving with my purchase was less then 4 minutes .... many Argos stores can learn from this one .
This is quite a small branch of Argos. Many catalogue products are simply 'out of stock'. So why, I hear you ask have I rated this branch so highly? Well, it's a great, convenient place to pick up online orders which are often there within a couple of days. This Argos has a free car park right out side.
The staff at Argos in Maesteg are always polite and very helpful. They even asked if I needed any help while I was browsing through their catalogue. This is place a great atmosphere every time I walked in to the store, I will definitely visit the store again soon.
In my experience there are plenty of staff about but they all either seem to tend to one person or hide. On three different occasions there has been me and one other person in the store and I have waited twenty minutes to be served. many times I have been very close to walking out. Other than that everything is fine they just need to improve on service.
