“5 stars is not enough rating for your service that you delivered for my girl yesterday, if it was not for your incredible service, knowledge and expertise our girl would not be with us as I write this review, we were not aware of pyometra but you spotted it straight away and told us to get her to the vets asap. We rushed her to the vet were she had emergency surgery, We were told by the vet we were very lucky we got her in when we did. This is all because of you, We can not thank you enough for what you have done by saving our girls life. From the bottom of our hearts thank you so much .”

I made my way to the self checkout and an absolutely wonderful young woman, told me, not to rush and then she proceeded to do the checkout for me. She was probably wanting to go home after a long day, but this never showed, and she made me feel like I was important and valued. Her name was Naomi Davies.
