Big shout out to Ayisha the Pharmacist. Very friendly professional and helpful. Popped in with a sore lip to which was an ulcer, this was covered under the common ailment scheme. Thankyou, and will definitely use this pharmacy again ❤️

One of the grumpiest set of staff you'll ever encounter. Preperae to wait up to ten minutes simply standing at the till awaiting to be served, one time I piped up and said can someone serve me please and was met with a rude reply and a horrible attitude, mind you you'll often get attitude for no apparent reason.
I've been ringing for three days but nobody answers
Absolute shambles, been trying to get through to them on a number of occasions, and either ringing and get cut off or permanently engaged,only put 1 star as I couldn't put zero.
Never answer the phone
My 91 year old mother has heart problems and blood pressure problems that are quite serious. This pharmacy delivers her tablets each week but sometimes needs a gentle reminder. I called them on Tuesday to check they would be delivered this week as my mother was due to run out this Friday. A lady answered and confirmed they will be delivered on Friday but couldn't say a time. My mother stayed in, looking out the window for them all day and nothing arrived. She is now without her medication and it's a bank holiday weekend. I really hope she is going to be ok but I am very disappointed at this pharmacy in letting her down so badly. If anything happens to my mother as a result, I will be taking further action.
