“Had to pop in after attempting to wipe my only pair failed and snapped them near the lenses. Thankfully the lovely lady who was there was amazing. I believe her name was Angela. Anyway she was able to swap over my lenses into brand new frames. Thankfully the exact ones I needed were available and she was able to sort them pretty quick for me. I did have to spend quite abit that I originally wasn't expecting to spend that day. To be honest though it was worth it as I didn't have to order new glasses and have to wait awhile for them to come back. Angela (I hope I've remembered her name right) was an absolute godsend. Super helpful and polite. Made my visit so much less stressful with her calm and professional nature. So I was able to think calmly about what was the best solution since they were the only pair I had. Honestly any time I go in the staff prove time and time again why I prefer to be with vision express.”

“Really helpful husband and wife ran business Karen is Dai's daughter and she is carrying on the business, I've always found them very helpful and price's are very fair on everything, for such a small shop they pack a hell of alot in to the shop, they have most things to do with air rifles there and if it's not there they can normally get it, I've used them on and off with air rifle servicing for over 20yrs, their open Wednesday to Saturday and the shop is usually busy well it's always been busy when I've gone there, they normally have a range of secondhand rifles and New air rifles and fair supply of pistol's scopes and pellets gun bags target's metal paper and chalk, they also have knife sharpening tools and kit's, I will happily continue to use them in the future and I've taken friends and family there for a wide range of air rifle related stuff and I would happily recommend them to anyone in the future regarding air rifles etc for hunting and target use”

“I recently visited Neath Goldsmiths as I wanted to purchase a ring for myself and also to have another ring altered. I found the lady there to be extremely professional and helpful, sensitive to my requirements and did everything to make me feel welcome and a valued customer. The gentleman who measured the rings was also very friendly, polite and helpful. I will definitely be visiting this jewellers again and can highly recommend them to anybody looking for a good quality jewellers who still offer that ‘old fashioned’ friendly service which is sadly lacking in many shops today. “Took my son here to collect his first car, we had looked in alot of showrooms previously but when he went to see a car there they were brilliant, John gave him really good service with his purchase and as a first car he wanted to do everything himself. He sorted the finance,was quick to answer any queries that my son had sent him via email and on the day he collected the car after a few final things to sign he got his keys. John had gone out of his way to buy a card for him and put it on his drivers seat congratulating hom on passes his test. What a thoughtful and kind thing to do.”

Fitted all tyres with no marks to the alloy wheels, not something that I requested but it's their way of doing a job professionally. “Bought my PlayStation at game talbot green about two years ago . Suddenly it stopped working and I couldn’t figure out why I took it to game in Bridgend and they said I’d have to send it to Sony. On the off chance I work in neath and popped it in there the guy can’t remember his name although I wish I could just fixed it right in front of my eyes in 2 mins and said I was a game customer so he’s happy to help didn’t charge me nothing but il be taking my business there from now on and recommending all my friends to. On a plus note tho all of the staff seemed happy to help and give it a go but this guy was just on top of his game , whatever is going on in this shop they are doing brilliantly .”

“This is my local Iceland and its great. There is parking nearby in a pay as display car park and a multi storey down the road. All the usual stuff there including Greggs, Yo Sushi, Harry Ramsdens and TGI Friday etc and many more. Prices are good, especially on their 3 for £10 range.”

After just 3 weeks I have received all kits, badged with initials on them. The quality is fantastic and the service provided by Rio and Karl has been outstanding. We rushed her to the vet were she had emergency surgery, We were told by the vet we were very lucky we got her in when we did.
