   Just went to the shop staff service was useless, waiting 10min to get serviced no body there. And after taking my money said 25% off tomorrow. Said OK I'll come back tomorrow said you can't it's gone through the time. Load of rubbish i should of walked out and gone somewhere else but was my grandson present so didn't want him to lose out.will not see me in there again.

   These guys, really know what they are doing, after several years of poor service by other companies I just ordered 20+ kits with macron. After just 3 weeks I have received all kits, badged with initials on them. The quality is fantastic and the service provided by Rio and Karl has been outstanding. We will definitely be staying with Macron Neath for the foreseeable.

   I ordered a kit back in June 2021 from the Neath store, it was promised for September 2021, then again for October and December. To date, despite chasing many times, we have still not received a kit. The season is over half way through now and we have no kit, no training gear or travel tracksuits. It is very disappointing and to not have the courtesy of a reply, I feel really let down.

   I have given 1 star as there is no 0 star option. I ordered a shirt at the start of our football season and the season finishes next week and the shirt is being delievered today. Customer service is none existant. I asked for a refund after waiting 3 months and only then did i get a reply saying it will be with me next week. Over a month later now i email again asking for a refund and then they send the shirt a few days later. Still no correspondence. Avoid this company at all costs.

   Whats that?? Your a medium? In that case you will need a Macron size 3xl!! And yes...it is cheap material too...it will wash once...maybe twice before losing its shape and colour

   Staff are really nice. Never had a problem with this store. Always in there. Had clothes section with 2 changing rooms (one big enough for a wheel chair) Always stocked. Never seen much spillages Would definitely recommend.
