“I recently visited Neath Goldsmiths as I wanted to purchase a ring for myself and also to have another ring altered. I found the lady there to be extremely professional and helpful, sensitive to my requirements and did everything to make me feel welcome and a valued customer. The gentleman who measured the rings was also very friendly, polite and helpful. I will definitely be visiting this jewellers again and can highly recommend them to anybody looking for a good quality jewellers who still offer that ‘old fashioned’ friendly service which is sadly lacking in many shops today.
