Laura has done two jobs for me: repairing and resizing an existing white gold engagement ring, and designing and manufacturing a pair of earrings to match it - and I can't fault her work. The quality is excellent, the delivery was bang on time, and she understands the need for secrecy when surprises are involved!
5*service all the way My big birthday was on the horizon and my husband asked what I would like. I had been following Laura on Instagram for some time. I decided to approach her for a design consultation. We agreed a date and time. Laura listened to everything I had to say. Laura was extremely helpful and listened to everything I said. In our pre-meeting I had decided on viewing some Aquamarine stones for my ring which I could view on our first appointment. Before I knew it, Laura had drawn up a design for my ring. Then we moved onto the stones/metal. Measurements were taken with Laura agreeing to a lead time. My birthday happens to fall two days after Christmas. I had no expectation of it being ready before my birthday as we had only met with Laura late in November. A week before Christmas my husband had a call to say that my ring was ready for collection. I was SO excited it was exactly what I had imagined. The result speaks for itself. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Laura for any work that you want re-imagined from existing jewelry or from scratch. Laura is the lady for the job!
Laura created a bespoke engagement ring for me. My partner went to Laura as we've bought beautiful jewellery off her before. I love her work and designs - one of a kind. My partner was looking for something a little unique, and she created just that. It's positively perfect! She is such a talented person with an eye for perfection. She advised to have the ring made a certain way for practicality. I couldn't recommend Laura enough! I'm so over the moon. She is a small business owner too, it makes it all that more special!
