   I took my wedding in for resizing ( I hadnt worn it for a number of years as I couldn't get it over my knuckle). The jeweller decided it would need to be sent off to be heated in order for it to fit. I happily left the ring with them and headed for home. Within 15 minutes I had a phone call to say that in fact the jeweller had reshaped the ring and it would now fit. I went back to the store and the ring fit perfectly. It has also been clean and polished. Excellent service, lovely staff. I would highly recommend them

   I recently visited Neath Goldsmiths as I wanted to purchase a ring for myself and also to have another ring altered. I found the lady there to be extremely professional and helpful, sensitive to my requirements and did everything to make me feel welcome and a valued customer. The gentleman who measured the rings was also very friendly, polite and helpful. I will definitely be visiting this jewellers again and can highly recommend them to anybody looking for a good quality jewellers who still offer that ‘old fashioned’ friendly service which is sadly lacking in many shops today. I give Neath Goldsmiths five stars *****

   A truly lovely shop. Family run, always welcomed in warmly by them. Room for my wheelchair. They made my engagement ring, my first was stolen, my new ring is beautiful. They also stock Clogau jewellery which I love. Have a visit you will want to stay!!

   Honest right from the start and stated they couldn't risk fixing my watch as it could break as it was a certain type of strap that wasn't easily removed. despite me saying it was worth a go as it couldn't be used without the strap they were right it was impossible to do so walked away knowing they tried their best.

   Shocking service a few years ago when I took a watch in that I had inherited from my mother that was bought here. My Brother had purchased it for her. But she had dementia and only wore it twice. It was over £600. When I tried wearing it the clasp snapped on my wrist. I took it back and it was supposed to be soldered which I paid for. I tried wearing it and before I left the house the watch ended up on my lap. Snapped in the same place. Back again I went and the wife (Mrs Ferrell) accused me of pulling it till it broke !!! I argued that the watch was faulty and needed to go back to the company that made it. I hadn’t pulled it at all. She wouldn’t have it and got very irate. Making me out a liar. I walked out and would never go back there. Horrible woman.
