The staff here are exceptional! Nothing is too much trouble and you're always greeted with a smile. Good selection of Xmas jumpers aswell! One of my favourite shops in Neath.
Always make a trip here for my mum. Nicest branch local to us, staff are lovely, nice selection of items for everyday wear or special occasions.
I like it here. I consider the shop as 'clothes for the older lady'. Lovely stuff. But very few, if any trousers with 31 inch inside leg. They would have to be ordered in. I'm 5ft 8in. Not exceptionally tall. I think they should keep more in stock.
This has always been a good shopping experience. Changed its styles now to attract young people. No longer stocking my style of clothes. Staff excellent.
Be careful when returning items here as staff will try anything to avoid giving cash back even when you have paid with cash. They will offer gift cards or credit notes. Anything rather than take your money from their till. I was given credit note for a cash purchase by a member of staff talking so quickly that she confused me. Have never been back to this sjop.
Clean and attractive shop, Great selection of well-made clothes at great prices. Just love their cotton tops. Staff always friendly and helpful. Spending money here is always a pleasure, in fact I always come out with more than I went in for and that is not because of pressure selling.
