“We purchased our house in May of last year (only now getting round to the review) and we were connected with Paula from Mortgages Wales through our estate agent. Honestly, it's a good job that we were as we could not have done it without her as neither of us knew what we were doing at all. She helped us find the best deal she could and helped us with every step of the processes, explaining everything in detail and answering all our stupid questions. She also helped us with home, life AND income insurance none of which we knew about and we didn't even know we needed home insurance with a mortgage. I was extremely impressed with the wonderful customer service I experienced from all staff and the practice manager from the minute I walked in the door. This wonderful customer service continued by the dentist (Rashika) herself and her dental nurse Emili. Who explained everything to me and made me comfortable during my treatment. The practice was so clean, organised, well run and my treatment plan explained to me in great detail. I don’t normally write such long feedback but I felt so grateful I just had to.
