We purchased our house in May of last year (only now getting round to the review) and we were connected with Paula from Mortgages Wales through our estate agent. Honestly, it's a good job that we were as we could not have done it without her as neither of us knew what we were doing at all. She helped us find the best deal she could and helped us with every step of the processes, explaining everything in detail and answering all our stupid questions. She also helped us with home, life AND income insurance none of which we knew about and we didn't even know we needed home insurance with a mortgage.
