   Overall a good experience having asked Peter Alan in Neath to sell the house. When the first potential buyer pulled out of the deal (after agreeing the price) I was a little concerned but Teigan and her colleagues were lovely to deal with and most reassuring. They were also correct in their thinking. After the sale was agreed with a second potential buyer it proceeded smoothly to completion.

   Been a landlord for 15 years, recently started using Peter Alan Neath for my property rentals. Old tenant left on 4th December, new tenant moved in 9th December, after all credit and financial checks as well as paperwork done by Peter Alan staff, who are fantastic, particularly Paula, Nicola and Kane! Responsive, extremely helpful and customer focused, any landlord looking for a stress free letting process, for a modest fee, will go a long way to find a better service. Highly recommend!!    The house we have made an offer on was on the market with Peter Alan in Neath. It’s a big decision for us to move and I fell in love with this house straight away. The staff that have dealt with us have been so friendly and welcoming. Teigan and Nathan did our first viewing and were great with me as I had so many questions and things I wanted to check out. We did subsequent viewings and dealt with Georgia and later with Erin, they really did their best for us, fitting in time for us to review and bring our surveyor along too. Shannon and I spoke by phone during the process and everyone was always friendly & helpful. We were delighted to have an offer accepted on the property and can’t wait now to move in. The staff have kept in touch with us all the way through the process ( thanks Erin) especially during the nervous process of selling our current property. Thanks guys- we will see you again, I promise! The G&Ts are on us!

   Rang to enquire about a property to let as I was on a very tight deadline and needed somewhere asap. Ross advised me that there was a different property to my initial enquiry which would be more suited to me. Arranged a viewing that day and he was right. Great property, speed of getting documents sent over to me and liasing with the landlord was seamless. Absolutely delighted with the service provided from Ross and can’t praise him enough. I must add that prior to that I had been ringing different Peter Alan’s in the area and had received no help in my desperate search for a house.

   Simply not worth the stress. Rented a flat from them which 3 months later decided to be sold and we as tenants were expected to sell the flat by taking time off work to attend various appointments. They pretended to do a flat inspection which was actually a secret valuation. Randomly being contacted by people about the flat to arrange meetings without any prior knowledge they've been contacted and having my number thrown at multiple random companies who want to survey other properties, not even the flat I lived in. After being asked to leave 2 months early from the initial end of tenancy I have been waiting 3 months for my final meter readings which I don't have access to and Peter Alan need to arrange. I have contacted countless times and each time it is ignored, forgotten about, and they never once ring to update as they say they would. Not to mention they'll happily oet you move into a botched flat and complain that there's "dust" in the property a month after you move out when they finally get to doing the inspection. The only positive from this is it made sure I never want to rent again in my life so put all effort into buying a house simply because of dealing with Peter Alan

   I can only speak from a buyer's perspective but Peter Alan, Neath were brilliant to deal with. I had booked viewings for a couple of houses and Rhiannon was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout both viewings. The current housing market is quite frankly a nightmare and reaching estate agents has been a challenge, but every message I left was responded to, and Rhiannon was very kind when our offer for one property was rejected. I couldn't recommend Peter Alan, Neath more, and should you have any dealings with Rhiannon Lucas, you are in safe hands.
