   My friend and I visited your travel store last Saturday to book a cruise. We had an idea of what we wanted and the required dates. We were dealt with by one of your travel consultants Kelly Morris who was very professional but at the same time very friendly and extremely helpful. She went through all the many options available and finally booked us on a Canarian Flavours cruise aboard the Marella Voyager. Her colleague Andrea was also very helpful and informative about the ship and made it all the more personal for us. I would definitely book any future holidays with you.

Fabulous service by employee Kelly Morris Williams she was so helpful with her knowledge of the resort and hotel. Kelly is an asset to the Tui team in Neath. Always a pleasure to book in the Neath store the girls there are great. Big thank you to Jazz who made me a lovely cup of tea. Five stars to Tui Neath

   We were really unsure about what to do for our honeymoon and incredibly indecisive but Kelly was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to help us figure out what we actually wanted, and what started as an idea for an all-inclusive resort in Crete turned into something even better: a cruise visiting many dream destinations I did not think I would ever visit. All the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this branch in future. The only small downside (which didn’t affect our experience at all) was that the branch itself felt a little tired. We noticed cobwebs, messy carpets and a general feeling of wear, but the service more than made up for it. Thank you again to Kelly and the team!

   Recently booked a holiday to Turkey with my son through TUI Neath. The lovely lady that dealt with us (Teresa) was wonderful. She found us the best place to stay at a very reasonable price and gave us great advice on what to do and where to visit whilst there. Very kind and considerate lady.    Outstanding team. We have recently booked our wedding and the travel agent Kath who booked it for us was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond, found exactly what we wanted and made it total stress free. She continues to making sure all my guest are gettin booked in lit the easiest booking iv ever made and it’s my wedding. Literally can’t thank her enough. Very friendly, welcoming team. We will def be booking again with them xx

   I booked as part of a friends wedding back late 2022. I dealt with team member Jenna Harris and honestly she couldn’t do enough for me and the rest of the party. She was quick efficient and made me feel super comfortable when booking. She went through everything with a fine tooth comb ensuring I had the best deals and value for money. I would highly recommend and will definitely be booking with Jenna again.
