My experience of my home purchase was smooth, plenty of information talked through at each stage High professionalism, the contact was at the right level, with myself, vendor and my solicitor. Never was left wondering where we were at.
Disaster from the start. When we had our initial offer accepted, they told the vendor that we were not in a position to proceed when we were and we told them this. This lead to the property continuing to be shown and we ended up paying more than our initial offer because other offers had come in. It was only because we knew the vendors and they wanted to sell to us that we got the property. One of the other people who had their offer subsequently rejected was then told that the vendors were selling to a neighbour. There are only 4 neighbours to the property which lead to this person knocking on the neighbours’ doors to find out who had had their offer accepted leading to hers being rejected. Completely unacceptable breach of privacy. We were glad to receive the keys so we never have to deal with this company again.
I recently purchased a property with Clee's Neath branch. They were always helpful and very quick to respond to any queries I had, and explaining process. Very helpful and friendly bunch which made what's usually a stressful time a lot nicer.
I had an excellent experience selling our house with the team at Clee Neath, we mainly worked with Beth, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Communication was also excellent, which I have found previously with other agents, was very poor. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend
To anyone thinking of buying a house with Clee please don’t. The house might look ok on the outside but Clee are selling houses which have a lot of hidden serious issues like major gas leaks and electrical problems. When confronted you are responded too with attitude and laughed at. Even if a property on their market looks a good price I can guarantee the hidden problems will end up costing you a fortune. Clee Neath are very unprofessional and very inexperienced especially Abi in the Clee Neath office. It is like a school playground in that office and they are selling houses which have been put together by cowboys. First time buyers especially avoid!!!
Dreadful experience. As buyers, they gave us inaccurate information about warranty and drainage on a new build, they didn't read e-mails properly or only responded to parts of e-mails, failed to pass on messages to the vendor and the so called branch manager didn't have the courtesy or the where-with-all to answer or acknowledge any of the 4 e-mails we sent her. I would not recommend this lot if they were the only agents in Wales - which fortunately they are not!
Dreadful and incompetent. Worst agents we had the misfortune to deal with. No one there seems to have the ability to understand and answer a simple email. We were given false information regarding the drainage and warranty of the property we were buying. Wasted months of our time and energy. Stay away!
I've recently let out a property using Ross & Hayleigh @ the Neath office, I can say they have both been extremely professional and helpful. There were a few bit's of important information that were not passed on, but once these area's were noticed, they were swiftly rectified. I'd recommend the team and am looking forward to upgrading this to the 5* review in the near future.
Bought a Property and Sold a Property with Clee Neath, and they were amazing. Always on hand to help and there for any questions we had. Nothing was to much to ask. Have already and will continue to recommend.
