   Terrible customer service! Having used the Plymouth branch the day before for 4 new tyres on my wife’s car, I had a screw in my tyre whilst travelling so thought I’d use HiQ having had such a great experience in Plymouth. I stood in the reception for 15 minutes and rang the bell several times with no acknowledgment whatsoever!! Walked out very frustrated and disappointed.

   I can’t recommend these guys enough! I turned up out of the blue with an unrepairable front tyre, which I had replaced with my doughnut spare tyre fitted to the car. They didn’t have my tyre size in stock (not a common size), but they managed to source one online and had it delivered there in a couple of hours from over 50 miles away! Before I left, to return once the new tyre arrived, Kyle insisted he took my car into the garage and check over the emergency tyre I fitted so the vehicle was safe to drive. What service!    Went to HIQ without booking the car in, Kyle sorted the problem out there and then for me, he went out of his way and got my son a balloon and a load of stickers to keep him entertained whilst we waited. Kyle was very friendly and helpful, will definitely use HIQ again.

   Little disappointed that I ordered a tyre through Blackcircles to be delivered and fitted here they kept rejecting the fitting time. Obviously the day's they were proposing was no good as I was in work and the tyre was needed before a long journey. Given the circumstances and the pandemic we are in I can understand staff shortages will influence things like this but plenty of time was given. If they cannot meet the requirements of 3rd part services they shouldn't be using them as people like myself are now £106.99 down until I get the full refund processed. I've given two stars as they didn't even notify me that it had been cancelled until I phoned and secondly the rejection of the times when they make themselves available to blackcircles was inaccurate. Edit in regards to the owners response On their support forum they have advised several garage's to change their availability as prevent bookings within a such a short time scale. The lack to communication to address this issues put myself out of pocket, blackcircles had to refund (despite it not being their fault) and potentially another garage nearby from having the work. Staff shortages / being fully booked need to be considered when using a third party else people are going to be just left hanging around and all behold I don't like spending £106 a tyre and the need to buy it was required as is the same for anyone else buying tyres and the urgency of tyre changes thus should be taken into consideration

   I had 4 x tyres fitted today, Excellent service, very friendly staff with. Huge respect for your vehicle. Fitted all tyres with no marks to the alloy wheels, not something that I requested but it's their way of doing a job professionally. Very highly recommended and i will definitely be returning when I need new tyres for my van and car. Also the cheapest price for tyres. Thank you!
