   I was well looked after; I was made to feel comfortable. I was advised of each test and what to expect. The process was professional and completed in a good time. The optician was very aimable and explained what she was doing as well as offering information about the results. I felt the customer service was of a high standard with compassion and professionalism.

   I received very good service from the staff.Nothing was too much trouble.The optician was very professional,chatty and explained to me the results of my eye test,which I found to be very informative.The staff were very helpful and gave me good advice when choosing and collecting my glasses.I didn't have to wait too long to collect them,and was very happy with my choice. I have always been very satisfied with the service,wide choice of glasses and the prices at Specsavers.

   Flawless service. I had wandered into the shop, in Neath, with a casual question. Following a brief conversation I was offered an eye test, with only a few minutes wait, that would, hopefully, answer my question. James, the optician, was extremely helpful, thorough, and informative, and said he could offer spectacles that would help with my problem (I sit nine metres from my tv, and am unable to read the on-screen text). The price was very acceptable and I picked the glasses up yesterday, from Sue, who had ably organised all the administration, and with an extremely pleasant presentation. As soon as I got home, I put on the tv, and found that I could, at last, read everything comfortably. Chuffed to bits !

   I was having issues with my glasses and went to specsavers. I purchased 2 new pairs and was still having issues, The manager Jess took over and went through everything from A to Z Explaining everything in full detail, I had various visits and glasses, lenses replaced until Jess was happy that I was happy. Jess and her team and the opticians have done a great job and did not give up on me even as a more problematic customer (my words describing my self). Great job well done.

   All the staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. After having my eye test I selected two pairs of glasses from the 2 for 1 offer. One of them had been discontinued and the staff helped me find a similar pair. When I collected my glasses they ensured they fitted correctly and felt comfortable

   Had an appointment 3 weeks ago where I was told trial lenses needed to be ordered. Called a couple of days ago to check why I hadn’t heard anything- they have not even been ordered, and was told they were going to be a different price than I was quoted.

   I had an eye test recently . I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I needed some new glasses so went for the £69 and above frames , which give you a free second pair. There were plenty to choose from and am delighted with both pairs. I would certainly recommend Specsavers for a really good eye test and a great selection of glasses.
