Needed a wheel replacement for my hybrid bike. Walked in on Sunday and was advised part to be ordered and pick up for following Saturday. Got a call on Tuesday that bike was ready for collection. What's not to like? These guys always go the distance to provide great service and are invariably friendly and well informed. Update: purchased a road bike usual great service and all sorted in 15 minutes. Excellent, thanks guys.

Absolutely excellent service - especially from Adam Jenkins - who went over and above to help me. Pleased to have 2 women on hand to help me too. Going to a garage can be intimidating! But this Halfords is superb - they put you at ease and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again for all your help and support. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be back soon!
