Excellent service from Catrin for my daughter's wedding. Supported and informed all through the process, and the flowers on the day exceeded expectations. Absolutely fabulous experience with Stella Blooms and Catrin for our March wedding. She came all the way to Swansea so we could discuss and plan our bouquet ideas in person. Allowed us to change our flowers and add more requests up to a month before the event. Super friendly and quick to respond to any questions over Whatsapp all the way through planning. We could gift all the bouquets to guests after the event and they look and smell as fresh as ever even a week later.
We have been using Stella blooms since moving to our first home together in Neath January 2022. We have had nothing but first class service every time we have used them. I have no idea even it comes to gifts but i had an idea for my wifes 50th birthday and Catrin done everything possible to find and provide my idea into reality.. (my wife loved it). Would highly recommend to all particularly, to unimaginative people like myself.. thank you for all your help.

Really lovely bouquets, fab service, quick delivery if you order from home (I messaged on Instagram) and a gorgeous shop if you pop in. My flowers are always gorgeous and last ages!
A real shame as we had high hopes. Bouquet wasn't a 'birthday bouquet' as requested but was just one of the mother's day bouquets advertised on social media which was incredibly disappointing since we'd asked for a special bouquet and the subdued colours for the mother's day bouquet didn't exactly scream birthday celebration for someone in their twenties. The flowers themselves were ok, but just not what we'd asked for as mother's day is very different to a birthday. We wouldn't return here for custom/special bouquets for particular occasions as it appears they re-use the same designs while other florists in the area are able to pull together more bespoke bouquets. Delivery was also taken to the wrong address which they tried to blame on us despite the fact that the correct address was written on the notecard attached to the bouquet so the fault lies with them entirely for not properly reading the notecard upon making the delivery. The driver/company didn't call to confirm delivery and just left the flowers outside the wrong house. Thankfully, the flowers were still there and they did go and collect them to re-deliver but this was after three hours of the flowers being left in the sun on a stranger's doorstep so what arrived wasn't exactly 'fresh'. The fact we only found out after ringing them to query about delivery was really poor.
