   Not a very organised pharmacy in my opinion. Placed prescription in only to be told it would not be ready for 2 days. I went elsewhere and got it straight away. Another time my prescription was collected from my GP surgery by Well and after failing to make contact with them by telephone I had no option but to go to them to collect, but I was told the prescription had only been collected that morning so has not been done. I took my prescription back and went to another pharmacy. I won't be using this pharmacy anymore and I would not recommend.

   Rudest staff I have ever seen. Waited for more than 10 mins and no one is ready to serve. When asked she said aren’t you seeing I’m on the phone. When I said that you shouldn’t rude to me. She baselessly argued that I am rude to her. Pathetic service.

   From the moment I walked In till I left the staff were very friendly. Took my daughter for a strep a swab test. will the pharmacist was very helpful explained every step. Came up positive so he quickly sorted out the antibiotics for her

   Poor service and unprofessional.. had medication delivered to find out one box had 2 weeks of heart medication missing.. the lady there was unhelpful and pushed it all back on me to deal with. it took head office to get involved after hours of phone calls and complaints for the pharmacy to issue the missing medication.. they did not appologise, just rude and abrupt to deal with..never recommend these! Don't take the risk!

   I pre booked an appointment for my 82 yr old Mum last week online with Well for her flu jab. We arrived yesterday to be sharply told that she could not have the flu jab as they had run out. How could this be surely if you pre book a vaccine it would be reserved for you. Apparently not, the Well assistant did not even apologise she had a could nt careless attitude. A disappointing experience. A great pity Well didn't cancel the previous day, if they had my poor Mum would not of had to of come out in atrocious weather conditions. Well Pharamcy flu vaccination programme is shambles.
