Brilliant service very quickly and efficient. The lady at the front was very helpful and extremely polite. They provide a range of products, I purchased a hot and cold compress which I am very happy with at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly!

Imaan Pharmacy is a great pharmacy, far better than Harehills Pharmacy. The staff, at Imaan know their stuff and will sort things out, if you have a problem, with a missing item. The only 'issue' is that the pharmacy isn't closer to where I live....
I recently visited the pharmacy and was greeted by ABSOLUTELY LOVELY ladies - both the lady on the front desk and the Pharmacist. I was treated with great service, I was reassured about my wait time, the ladies were hospitable and engaged in lovely conversation despite my situation at the time. Other pharmacies in the area made me wait and were not welcoming but I'll definitely be visiting this pharmacy in future if I have any issues! ❤️

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE I came here to get my booster vaccine after booking in advance. Then after waiting for quite a while in the seating area, we were told that they didn't have a vaccine for me and that I would have to re-book. Extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend
Came here for my booster, they had a great setup to keep those there for the vaccine and those for normal chemist business separate. There was a little waiting round prior to the jab, but not too much. All in all, it went pretty smoothly.
I would like to thank all staff at Imaan Pharmacy for their excellent service when my husband and I went for our covid boosters today. Warm, efficient welcome; comfortable, seated wait (we were a bit early); considerate and efficient administration of vaccine for us both. Well done - I wish you were nearer to our home!
I came in as a first year pharmacy student, looking for work experience, however, having had a few hours of previous experience, at a different pharmacy, I wasn’t expecting to enjoy my time at Imaan pharmacy, Leeds, but as soon as the first day started, I felt positive energy from all the staff (the type of energy I would not have expected from a pharmacy). I’d highly recommend, pharmacy students, looking for experience to get experience here, as it’s not too busy so you won’t feel pressured when completing tasks. Both pharmacists that work here, are helpful and give great advice on career paths as a pharmacist, prereg and what to expect in the up coming years at university. The dispenser that I shadowed, was great at her job and gave me many opportunities to help around the pharmacy and gain experience in many areas of pharmacy. The counter assistant is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and will always ask you if you want a cup of tea. I’m grateful for the experience they gave but also for how patient they were with me, even when I made mistakes.
