“Called in this evening to check out the aftershaves/perfumes as we were wondering how certain ones smelled to potentially buy to take away to florida with us .boots actually have better deals than duty free on most of the top end scents we learnt off the lovely lady called Ann who works this section on a weekend..can I just say she is a credit to boots and I Hope somebody passes this on to her she was brilliant..took the time to chat to us about the different scents and strengths etc.she definitely knows her stuff and was not pushy at all.she also gave us a couple of free sample bottles to take away with us and as it happens this was a great move by her as we will be returning to buy larger versions of the samples they smell great.we will definitely now only go to this boots and buy our perfumes and aftershaves from Ann's department..lovely lady and a great shopping experience”

“Absolutely fantastic pizzas and garlic bread is to die for. Would highly recommend this pharmacy. The beer aisle is always stocked up and the staff at the chemist are great. The £3 meal deal is good for people who work in town centre to grab a cheap lunch always quick and efficient with prescriptions”

“I have been using this GPs for over 20 years, unfortunately last year I found it really hard to get appointments and even speak to someone for help. I must say over the last 6 months I have seen a much better level of attentiveness from this GP. I don’t like using patch’s to book but now I am used to it, for important things like a recent bout of pneumonia I was seen the same day and the doctor was excellent. My previous complaints about this practice were the difficulty getting an appointment, never the quality of care - now I understand the system I have not had issues with getting support. For new comers just get used to using Patch’s to book appointments and make sure you get on by 8 am if you need something same day. I have gone on as late as 9am and still managed to get an appointment.”

“I had a completely different experience to most first time visiting this surgery for wound care that my local gp couldn’t provide any longer and honestly I saw senior nurse Marie and she was brilliant explained far more than my own surgery I felt like she wanted to help. It’s all too easy to have negative things to say but honestly I have None I had a lovely experience and will be happy to go back to them for wound care. She was very thorough and although I only had a 20min appointment I didn’t feel rushed and she explained that I could get a 40minute one to go into things in more detail really can’t fault this surgery at all up to now 10/10”
