    I contacted Pharmacy plus health needing a hard to acquire medication. They were very helpful and quickly arranged for me to come and collect it. I am very happy with the service I received.

    On a power trip. I was really ill over Christmas and dragged myself out of bed to top up my meds. They only had 16 pack Beechams so I picked up 2 which is approx 4 days worth of tablets. I then also asked for two of the benylin. The woman behind the counter stood in judgement "why do you need two"? I found myself explaining one was a spare which it was but why it was any of her business is beyond me. After consulting with her boss it was decided I could have two bottles of benylin but only one pack of Beechams. It took every ounce of strength in my body to make the 10min walk there and 3 days later I'm having to make another trip for more tablets to a different pharmacy....probably spreading my germs a second time. As pharmacists, your job is to advise and empathise; not patronise or judge. Not everyone has the means to get to a pharmacy every 5 mins. And we are capable of reading the PIL to understand how to take the medication safely. We also have jobs and lives just like you. When you have no value to add, provide service with smile.

    Wonderful staff and service. Hardeep went out of her way to get my mum's medication sorted. There was lots of it but she understood that my mum had got muddled up and was very understanding. Thanks so much.

    The staff at this pharmacy are always polite and helpful. In all my experiences here, they’ve gone above and beyond to look after me and and my family, and in particular I’d like to say thank you to Shujel, the pharmacist who made multiple accommodations to help me receive some much needed medication

    Since being taken over by Pharmacy+ Health this pharmacy have been amazing, they have medication ready within 2 working days. The staff are very helpful and have gone above and beyond for me. Highly recommend!!

    Terrible pharmacy overall. The staff take incompetency and rudeness to a new level. I felt that I needed to leave this review after my experience this afternoon. I called in with an emergency prescription for anti sickness medication for my daughter and was informed that it would be a one hour wait, the counter staff and pharmacist confirmed that the drug I needed was in stock. I then waited for an hour only to be told that they did not have it in stock. Immensely frustrating experience. The doctor in the practice next door knew their level of service and was dropping hints (which I did not get at the time!) to go elsewhere to get the meds dispensed. Avoid this pharmacy - look for an alternative.

    The Harrogate Road branch is the worst pharmacy I have used. I’ve been using this for 10 years (only because it close to home). Prescriptions are never ready no matter how far in advance you order them (I often order 1.5 weeks in advance). Problems with staffing and computer problems are always given as an excuse, you would have thought they could have resolved this in 10 years. Staff are often rude and can be quite agressive

    Worst chemist in leeds the pharmacist that work behind the counter getting the medication ready are rude and very slow. Doesn't matter if you hand in your script 4 days early you still have to wait 30 mins. Why doesn't the head office review this shop because the service is shocking very poor. I have changed chemist. As they are linked to the surgery they probably feel secure in there business. If they didn't have the link to the surgery they would fail as a chemist.

    I collect a total of 27 prescription meds every 4 weeks, and have done so for the last 3 years my prescriptions are sent automatically from the doctors next door and every time it takes them over 10 days to process the prescriptions, I am given time scales to which they never meet and results in repeat visits as they have the terrible habit of never answering the phones, due to their abysmal service I have had to change pharmacies, on every occasion all I see is unhappy customers in their premises definitely not recommended. Due to the large number of prescriptions, I’m always assured they have been checked and on every occasion there are items missing, and then I’m subsequently told β€œsorry about that” I don’t understand how a qualified pharmacist can make such errors, I detect corporate greed.

    Very very poor service! Order medication a week before it's due, to still be waiting to collect when going into the chemist. Excuse after excuse as to why it hasn't been done. This is the same every time we order a prescription. If you want your medication on time, I'd stay clear of this pharmacy. If I could give zero stars I would. Oh and the shelves are disgusting, full of dust. Needs a good clean
