Woman with blonde hair has no customer service skills at all. Wouldn't let me into the chemist to pick up my daughter prescription. Chemist closes at at 6pm and I turned up at 5:45pm
Really good service, often very busy,but staff are great,the Pharmacist is very helpful,and the assistants are very helpful,nothing is too much trouble,
If only they could pick up a phone when you get an NHS 111 referral.
Really terrible customer service. Queued outside for 15 minutes only to be ignored for another 5 minutes when I attempted to pay for an item at the till. There is a lady with short hair and glasses who has spoken to me rudely on two occasions, I won't be going back, despite it being walking distance to my house. I would rather drive the 5 mins up the road for a friendly experience :)

I turned up at 6.28PM striaght from work to pick up a prescription. Although they were about to close they were more than happy to help me get my prescription. What a great customer team that really went the extra mile
