Staff are pretty good. Although the speed in which you get the medication when prescription is sent direct from doctors is a joke. It's 3+ days from being sent to receiving a message saying its ready to collect. When its an important medication it needs to be available within 24 hour's

Breathtakingly incompetent. I'm sure there must be places with worse customer service, but when it's so poor in a healthcare setting, it's positively dangerous.
Only 1 person out front but multiple people in the back ignoring the queuing that spans all the way to the front door. Ridiculous, when finally arriving at the front desk (30mins in) the guy talks over you after asking to spell every single name. Hopelessly bad, someone needs to take control of this place.
Slow service, incompetent, exceptionally rude. I think the owner needs to either train staff or start sacking people. Quite disgusting. Lady, dark hair, same, I would anticipate as the 1 star review below. Turns out the prescription is incorrect, which is not the pharmacies fault. But thanks for explaining that 2400 / 800 is 3 in the most sarcastic manner possible. However, considering the tubs are 400g, it's actually 2400/400, which is 6. Please be mindful that NHS send out messages that your prescription is ready, but it isn't and prepare to be chastised for not being a mind reader. Service at your local mcdonalds is vastly superior. On the flip side the male pharmacist I believe to be the owner or manager is absolutely lovely, given clear explanations, is welcoming and generally very nice.
Cannot cope with demand. NEVER HAVE THE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION IN STOCK. if you want to attend the chemist 3 or more occasions due to No STOCK then this a chemist for you. My advice....go elsewhere. You have been warned.
Came into collect prescription, the lady at the front with glasses and dark hair was really quite rude to me. And next thing they are all in the back laughing about my sons surname ! Disgusting , made me feel quite upset this
What a Great pharmacy, lovely staff very noligable, and helpful, and the pharmacist never too busy to help with a enquiry, can't recommend you enough, Thankyou for Great service during this pandemic
Nearly all staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacist is always helpful and listened to my concerns regarding a distressing situation with one fairly abrupt member of staff. Thank you for listening. Mostly good at getting prescriptions and if they're not in stock then they chase up for you.
