Brilliant staff, always polite and friendly. But never answer the phone, so I make a 4 mile journey for an answer to a simple question, have you got my prescription please?
Closed on Saturday at 11.45 when I recently visited nothing on website to say why and no notice on shutters as to why?

Great service. Staff are always cheerful and very helpful. The best thing about this small establishment is that if your prescription is sent from your GP they ring you and arrange to deliver it once it has been filled out. The delivery drivers are always both polite and professional. Really helpful for people who are housebound or less mobile. Real old fashioned community service.
The staff are always courteous and willing to help. I had to have some medication specially made and they went out of their way to chase it up. I would recommend both of the Boots stores in Askern. Excellent service, clean stores and lovely staff.
