   Not sure why this pharmacy is getting a lot of grief... I went in at 9am, was empty and a friendly young girl served me and got my prescription within 2 minutes. Positive experience from my point of view and visit.

   Feel sorry for the counter staff they get all the flack for incompetent pharmacist Have prescription a week to be told they will have to order some items...then no pharmacist to make up prescription....hopefully will get better when Lloyd's leave

   Terrible refused to sell me over the couter soluble co- codamol told them I couldn't get a doctor's appointment sad that this is what society is coming to can't get a Dentist Doctor Over the counter medication Well they are incompitant unprofessional and in trained Message for Lloyds phamacies I'm going to be scanning your whole IP ranges looking for vulnerabilities and when I pick my targets I'll be attaching to a random access point to begin my ddos Regards fc

   I'm writing this review on behalf of my 84 year old mum. Every month we have the same problem. She has to call Lloyd's several times before her tablets are eventually delivered. Usually by counter staff on their way home and not by the delivery driver who seems to stop delivering after 3.00! My mum pays for this service and is reliant on her medication. They've had her prescription for a week now and not answering the phone or it's engaged so can't get her tablets. Terrible and potentially life threatening. Will be changing pharmacy

   Unprofessional, Rude and Inefficient - Don't bother Previous Review: Unfortunately I have just had to move pharmacies from this one. I have nothing against the staff, but, I believe they have too many patients on their books. This results in terrible service and communication. Even when I call to double check my repeat prescription is ready, I am told it is, only to arrive and have to wait 20 minutes for it to be made up. Totally unacceptable.

   Never have my prescriptions and still won’t spell my name correctly after months of getting my meds from here. The guy wearing a turban has an attitude and is judgemental and a complaint will be made about him. I’ve never been treated this way by a pharmacist or anyone working in NHS before.

   This pharmacy used to be hard working and considerate. Because the system has gone down they’ve told me to ring back tomorrow for inhalers that were ordered weeks ago and now I’ve ran out and having troubles with breathing. Not waisting the emergency departments time when I know having my inhaler would resolve this
