After finally getting a prescription they dlmt have in stock and send me to another pharmacy who then say they can't dispense due to them already saying its been claimed.
Last week I ordered some medication. When I went in to collect it they initially couldn’t find it, and said I must have already taken part of it and that they owed me the rest. This wasn’t the case at all as I had not had that medication before. After doing another search they eventually found it. I took it home, checked it and discovered the expiry date was for Dec 2020, one and a half years out of date! These were statins required for my heart so there could have been serious consequences for receiving out of date medication. Why hadn’t this been checked by the pharmacist? There are some serious shortcomings at this pharmacy. There is a problem in finding my prescription on nearly every visit and while picking up my prescription another person came in stating her mum’s prescription was missing items. This store needs managing properly!
This is the worst Chemist I've ever used. Pick my medication up weekly, it's never ready. Waiting up to and over an hour for it to be prepared. Staff work on a go slow mode. Every week it's a different excuse as to why you're waiting. There's no efficiency and unorganised is an understatement.
Clearly understaffed and poorly organised. I've never known a chemist take so long to get prescriptions ready. If your medication is required within the week, go elsewhere. If your health depends on this branch, good luck to you.
Staff stare at you whilst you are in there. One pharmacy assistant is rude and abrupt and never gives service with a smile. The store is forever losing prescriptions. Quite often have to wait a week or more for full prescription. Always blaming the system of which they receive the prescription for not having them ready on time. Hardly ever get a full prescription on collection. Once had a phone call to say prescription was ready. I went following day, they said they didn't have it! Had to collect day after to be told it wasn't all there! They had the prescription for a week to organise it!
Shocking service!! This pharmacist thinks it's alright to keep the store closed until gone lunchtime because no pharmacist could be bothered to turn up. They make sick people go through hell because they can't get their medication. They tell most people who need meds not to come in before 10 and won't serve us if we do. Store should open at 08.45 so people should be able to come in when store opens. Already this year that store has been closed until lunchtime six different occasions. every year is the same and same old stories. Can't rate poor customer service!!
