“I am most impressed with the service provided to me by Ali over the past week or two. Whilst dispensing a new prescription he proactively sat me down and took time to explain the drug and how it worked. He offered to take my BP, and then arranged and fitted a 24hr ambulatory monitoring device for me before spending time explaining the results. He also rang me after a week to see how I was getting on with my meds. Thank you for your time and patience Ali, and for a truly first class service.”

“A shout out to Nicola at the Leeds/Birstall branch. There was no member of staff at the No. 7 section as the sales assistant had gone home for the day, and Nicola looked after a different make up brand. On approaching her for some help, even though it wasn't her own brand to sell, she really went above and beyond to help me out with matching and choosing the right products for my needs. She even applied them on have me tips how to use them which, for a complete novice like me, was very much appreciated. I have always been extremely nervous to ask for help and feel a little intimidated by all the products and bad experiences with unfriendly staff in the past, and also feeling pressured into buying something I'm not very sure about, but Nicola was lovely and very patient and made sure I was OK with what I'd tried. So thank you for your help and Boots is lucky to have such nice staff x”

“A really convenient supermarket right in the city centre. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a great variety of groceries, fresh food, and essentials. I love the Market Kitchen – plenty of hot food options cooked fresh, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Staff are helpful, and it’s easy to pop in if you’re shopping in town. Gets busy sometimes, but overall a great spot!”

“I visited because I needed some milk to put into my coffee due to the milk i have delivered being "stolen" When I entered the place on my right was an abundance of plants and flowers, I walked straight past them. Heading down between the various vegetables on offer and across the walkway I approached the fridges and finally found the milk I was looking for. Finally! I thought. On my way towards the till areas I noticed some milk i hadn't tried for a while, full cream jersey milk. I promptly put the orginal milk in had picked up, back into it's original place, picked up the jersey and began my journey home after paying for the milk. When I got home, my milk order hadn't in fact been stolen, it was delivered to the wrong house. So I've gone from no milk to A bottle of jersey 4 pints of vitamin D milk And 4 litres of fresh orange. The vets and staff here are awesome, and Wendy, who gave my cat his vaccine, was super patient and gentle. She always welcomes you with a smile, which makes the whole visit really easy. I’m really happy with the care we got, and she also gave me some great advice.”

“I was told by Boots Trinity branch they didn’t have my prescription in error so I visited here in case my GP sent it to the wrong Boots Pharmacy. Angeline was extremely helpful and went out of her way to call through to Trinity, ensuring my prescription was released to this branch so I could get my medication there and then without having to go back to Trinity and queue up again. Thank you for your help and a pleasant interaction. Great customer service.”

“I love Morrisons but this must rate as the frendliest branch i have visited. Always well stocked, cheerful staff, easy to access. The highlight for me however are the Cafe staff. I don't know how they serve so quickly with so few staff. They deserve an award for managing the queue on a Saturday brunch time, but they're always do upbeat and cheerful. If Morrisons management team read this, please award or reward the Cafe Team at this branch.”

“Clean, well laid out, but the checkout was confusing. Some great bargains on raspberries, fresh fruit, etc. First time I've seen barriers where you need to scan your receipt to get out. No staff to warn me and I set alarms off. No harm done, 4 staff straight there to put me right. Easy really just a shock with no warnings.”

“It is christmas eve and we ordered a delivery from the store on uber eats. The bag was incorrectly labelled as mine and we got the wrong stuff. After speaking to a wonderful person over the phone they went above and beyond and drove all the way too us with replacement items because Uber was messing around for a refund. All this on Christmas Eve. I'm sorry we didn't get his name but he went above and beyond and is an absolute credit to your company!”

“I have just used this company for a 12 months supply of prescription only medication for our dog, ordered on Monday, arrived Thursday royal mail tracked, best price by a long way of any of the online retailers, good expiry date on the tablets, August 2027,no issues whatsoever Keep up the great work Regards Paul”

“I've been to this Tesco when I was travelling to Leeds. The manager Frazer is the best person in this shop. He was really helpful and showed me all the things that I wanted to buy. I definitely recommend everyone to talk to him incase you'd have difficulty in finding whatever you're looking for. His customer service was spot-on. Thank you so much Frazer.”

“As a student living nearby, this is my go-to supermarket for grocery shopping. I find almost everything I need here. The “Just Essentials” products are quite cheap too. I’ve had to approach the staff twice so far, and they’ve been helpful and kind both times. (Fun fact: I made my very first purchase right here after coming to the UK.)”

“This Morrisons is my local supermarket & I’m so glad it is! It’s always stocked well & led out very well. I like that everything is in an order that makes sense as you move through your list. I cannot fault the staff, they are so helpful! I was trying to find kimchi last week & the lady I asked for help couldn’t have been kinder, she stopped what she was doing immediately & we wondered round for ages! Went in tonight & was offered a chocolate at checkout which was delightful.”
