I went to ask about private pescriptions, and then again to request my subscription. Staff were lovely and really helpful, patient and understanding. I'm feeling informed and confident with the process of what is going on

Horrible service from Cohens Chemist, located at The Globe in Slaithwate, Huddersfield. The young lady in question is called Izza Javed who was quite rude and her unprofessionalism culminated in her hanging up the phone in my ear when I am making my queries. Needless to say this was not appreciated as she raised her voice at me, fervently denouncing that she refused "to speak with me". Is this the training that is endorsed to employees? I am very offended and will be taking my business elsewhere. I am disgusted and will seek to write reviews on any many platforms as I can about this. I hope something will be done about this because this cannot be the way forward as customers should not be treated this way! Incompetent staff ! Withheld my prescription and when querying it, they hung up the phone? Despicable service! Wish I could rate ZERO stars!
New manager is ignorant, changes delivery days on a whim, and leaves vulnerable patients like my grandad without meds. Joke
Cohens were fabulous sorting out mums medication with the doctor. They did flu vaccine for me last week very professionally. They go that extra mile and are always so friendly.
