   Went to the Pharmacy for some advice the lady was rude telling me to just buy some paracetamol and I need to go to drs after i explained I can’t get an appointment for a few days and need something to take in the mean time. I would have been happy if she recommended something a bit stronger and showed me what to buy with a smile on her face. There wasn’t anyone in apart from me so she wasn’t rushed off her feet. I told a friend my bad experience and it was the same lady that served her she asked for advice with bad tooth ache and she said just take paracetamol and go dentist. No wonder people just google no a days when you actually want to go and ask for advice you get shoved to the side and told to go drs. She was a really tall lady with blond hair. Rude rude rude

   I ordered my prescription and I was told it would all be ready in 30 mins I went through an hour last still not ready then was told it would be 30 mins but only some of my medication was ready my main epilepsy one way not there and me and my wife was told it would be Monday when it would be ready trouble is with that I was then saturday and sunday night without that medication so that's dangerous to having a seizure talked to the manager all she said is that they cant give me what they haven't got the manager was very rude and abrupt to my wife and said it had been ordered 3 weeks before not 4 so we should have spares not being funny but you can only order tablets in 4 weekly ciycles from your GP then with missing a dose now I've had 2 seizures

   Can not fault them. Molly the pharmacy manager was amazing. My son is autistic and she worked really hard to keep him calm and explain what the pharmacist was going to do. I cannot thank her enough for making his experience positive.

   Would have been five stars but there were not enough staff and that puts them under pressure. The lady on the tills was doing everything and was helpful. The pharmacy staff excelled thank you all today

   Staff are always helpful. Most times I've had to wait 5 minutes or more in the queue to pick up a prescription & sometimes the medicines are not ready to pick up. I can see the staff are working hard. It's a pity this branch is not open on a Sunday.

   Sorry to say but this pharmacy is a shocking service. My mum, a vulnerable patient, has had years of inadequate service and chasing around after her prescriptions. No information and not answering the phone. Enough is enough.

   Bought some culticura talcum powder today it was a large tin priced up at £4-20. Each, so I took 2 cans to the counter and she wanted to charge me just short of £10. So I said that's wrong, the price on the shelf was £4-20, she went to check, priced up wrong, but had to honour the price. Well done boots chemist..
