What a fantastic vet Sasha was very nervous but they really went out of their way to make her happy to a point Sasha didn’t want to leave them. The communication from them so I didn’t forget was good fantastic facilities and thought the cost was really good. They never try and push extras onto you like other vets.
Never had nothing but a great experience here! Ive been in for everything with my animals over the years and staff have always been fantastic
Very friendly reception. Our puppy was here for his 2nd vaccination it was our first visit.Vet was very informative and gentle he didn't even feel the needle. Oh and there is ample parking
As usual, very good service. Staff welcoming and pets put at ease. Was seen within 5 mins of arriving, Kobi given injection and checked over, payment made and back in car within 15 mins. Excellent.
I highly recommend this pet hospital to everyone. If your pet needs anything, this is the place to go. The vets and staff here are awesome, and Wendy, who gave my cat his vaccine, was super patient and gentle. She always welcomes you with a smile, which makes the whole visit really easy. I’m really happy with the care we got, and she also gave me some great advice.

The staff are very respectfully they care about the animals they see and treat. The vet was called away to a emergency on her return was very apologetic. She was very gentle with our dog defor she put him at ease gave him his booster and did his health check without distressing him I would strongly recommend Chantry vets
The staff are wonderful. They are friendly and very welcoming. On our first visit my Cypriot rescue dog had a complete melt down. Now he cant wait to get into the consulting room. He loves the staff and they are brilliant with him. The whole premises are spotlessly clean and smell fresh. A lovely little practice
Appointment booked for 3.50pm today (1st August). Arrived at 3.40pm, to ensure the elderly gentleman and his dog arrived on time. It is now 4.33pm and he is still waiting to see a vet after booking this appointment last Thursday, because they couldn’t book him in before then. Totally unacceptable.
Chantry Vets staff are all excellent. They always seem genuinely pleased to see me & my pets. They show great kindness, care & compassion when treating the animals & are always very helpful. I feel that my pets are in the best hands & getting the best treatment possible! I would really recommend them.
