   My previous order was dealt with and dispatched quickly but the company seems to be having issues. Phones are not being answered, neither are emails. A lot of angry people commenting on Facebook page. May be a glitch but might be something more worrying. I wouldn't order any vital medication as you may not receive it and may not be able to contact them. Within the last few days I've had a refund and my order cancelled so I can get vital meds elsewhere but I think this was mostly due to the fact I used PayPal so PayPal sorted it.

   I have placed a order, which has cost over £100 for my dogs medicine which I need before Monday 16th June, however I can't get through via the phone all I get is a message saying our phone lines are open between 9-3pm then it hangs up, I've emailed them two times and still no response!! I need my order dispatching, or a refund because I need medication for my dog. I have no way of contacting them, I want my medicine or a refund

   Avoid this company! For the second month in a row, I’m having serious issues with getting my dog’s epilepsy medication delivered on time. Communication is poor — sometimes they respond to emails, and other times they don’t bother at all. This situation is unbelievable, exhausting, and extremely disappointing. My dog’s tablets will run out in 4 days, and I still haven’t received my order that was placed on May 27th. I truly hope someone finally takes my case seriously, because I don’t know how else to get your attention anymore. This is about a sick animal — not just a late parcel.

   I recently placed my first order with this website and I was pleased with the service. They contacted me to let me know out of the large order only 1 item was out of stock, which is fair enough. They asked if I wanted to wait until the stock arrived, but I asked if I could just have a refund on that particular item, which was no hassle at all, as I was able to pick up what I needed in a local Jollyes store. What impressed me is without my having to ask, they also refunded me the priority payment, as they were unable to fulfill the order as a priority from when I placed it. I still received the order quickly. I will definitely be back to buy from them again, as they had a good variety of items and they were at very reasonable prices.

   My regular orders usually include VeggieDent Dental Chews, GoodBoy Chews & Lightweight Care Wer Food. Customer Service is great, they keep me updated regarding stock and delivery when needed. Stock in general is great and at an affordable cost. My new regulars and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

   AWFUL!AVOID!!!! Bought a cat urine collection kit,it was advertised with the cap on the bottle top,which shows it’s sterile. When it arrived there was no cap on the bottle. Thus not sterile. I raised this and got another one. Same problem. Attached photos to customer services. They just ignored me after last email. Have used this place a couple times. Never again

   Been using these people now for two years and never a complaint, meds always arrive within two days (been known to arrive the following day in fact). Tablets 40p each as opposed to £1.12 each charged by vet saving me £500 a year even after prescription fee and very minimal postage fee. Thank you so much.
