I’m so glad that I found Amy, she offered an amazing space where I could talk about personal problems from my eating issues to small relationship upsets. Throughout, Amy gave me techniques/ worksheets from family maps to methods of identifying intrusive thoughts. Amy was very accommodating and flexible with the time of my session. At the beginning of the process I undertook several self assessments to see where my head was at, then repeated the assessments at the end. It felt really motivating to see the progress I had made.
