“Cannot thank Sophie enough for her knowledge and caring nature, I have had a poorly puppy for a couple of days and suspected she was allergic to her puppy food, mainly when opening a new bag, she wasn't eating much and had a bad tummy. Sophie explained every dog food in detail and which ones would help a sensitive tummy, we settled on AVA, within minutes of returning home the puppy had eaten a full bowl of food and her energy returned. I cannot thank her enough.”

“I went to animal planet pet shop in Leeds on Thursday because I Was looking for some top quality Coldwater fish and reading the reviews on the business The reviews was very good The services that the lady gave was very good and made me feel welcome I bought a orange oranda the same day not only was it in top quality condition but it has the best personality of all my fish in my aquarium I would recommend anybody looking to buy coldwater or tropical fish or just pet supplies in general to visit the store”

“I take my 1 year old cat to Chantry Vets every 3 months now for weighing and his flea treatment. It is always clean and tidy and the staff couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. My cat seems to like the vet we see (which is more than can be said for other people) and we have seen the same one since he was 14 weeks old. He is very good with him and it amazes me every time that he doesn't hiss or scratch. It is a lovely feeling to know that he is growing and developing as he should and that there are no issues, it gives me peace of mind.”
