   The Only Vet Our Kitten Wants to Visit! We take our kitten, Twix, to VetsforPets in Huddersfield, and the team there is absolutely fantastic. Every single staff member is friendly, professional, and welcoming—it’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they treat. In fact, Twix actually looks forward to going to the vets! That alone says everything. They always take the time to make sure she’s comfortable, and their kindness and expertise put both pets and owners at ease. Wouldn’t go anywhere else—highly recommended!

   Recently switched here from Pets at Home and just prefer that it seems more personal. The vets take a real interest in my pets and everyone's really friendly. The Petplans are also a really good idea, not having to worry about paying out of pocket for vaccinations and flea/worm treatments is a definite bonus. Also even with a microchip/jabs, flea and worm treatment and meds for an ear issue the price was very reasonable.

   This practice has on numerous occasions been left without Vet cover, or with temporary Vets from other practices that don’t know you, nor your pet, due to no fault of their own. The stress of the Veterinary career, and external factors such as COVID-19 and Brexit has led to a national shortage of Vets and this practice is no exception. Unfortunately, this shortage of vets means the practice is only open 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday which clashes directly with work schedules leaving appointments nye on impossible to fit into our day. While I’m sure this won’t be an issue for many people, I prefer my dog to see the same Vet at every appointment and to at least feel assured there will be a Vet in practice if the worst were to happen and we needed emergency care. However, the staff members are lovely & try their best. The care plan is without a doubt worth the money & there is usually numerous appointments available, it’s just a shame that this doesn’t work for us. I’d argue the services are fairly priced too.

   I took my pet to this vet and thought it was good but after visiting another vet I realized they didn't do there job right. I was told my pets teeth and gums were fine after visiting another vet I was told he had 2 bad teeth. I was told he had a lump the second vet couldn't find any Lump. I'm really not happy. I would not recommend this vet
