   New staff in the last 3 years have transformed the service at this Pharmacy from below average to excellent. The staff are friendly, efficient and keen to offer advice and problem solve for customers. It’s always a pleasure to come here.

   Don’t know who the other customers have been speaking to but the members staff mainly one lady tbh, who seemed to be in charge) I’ve been seen by have been either rude and not happy to be working there. Whole pharmacy has an atmosphere that makes you feel depressed. No smiles or conversation, and the lady in charge scoffed and acted like i was putting her out when I asked if she could check if she had something in stock. As if she didn’t want to get up off her seat. I’ve moved to a different pharmacy after 3 visits

   Had my flu jab with the wonderful pharmacist Shafia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. Shafia was professional, kind, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. An amazing pharmacist with a fantastic team. Highly recommend!

   Professional, compassionate and friendly pharmacists and pharmacy techs are amazing. Always willing to give our advice and also informed about the free flu jab and they can check your BP as well. Just a thank you two the two regular female pharmacists that always treat me with respect and discretion

   In the old days when you went to the GP you got a paper prescription which you could take into any pharmacy. These days they are sent electronically and if you have made the mistake of nominating this one you end up waiting days for them as they never seem to have anything in stock. My GP appointment was at 11.10 on the Thursday. I finally got the text to say my prescription was ready, at 11.30 on the Monday - 96 hours after my appointment and a whole weekend with pain and considerable discomfort. A few weeks ago it was over 24 hours for antibiotics. It’s not good enough.

   Such a friendly lady on the front desk who went out of her way to help. I'd accidently got my prescription sent to Alwoodley and within 5 minutes we'd sorted it and I could collect it there and then. Very grateful for their friendliness - would recommend!!
