    Came in this afternoon as this stand was further up by the kids school. I’ve popped in to ask the ladies where it was supposed to be so that I can help to take it back, VERY RUDELY responded to by lady in glasses and purple shirt! I don’t know what department she works for but that’s not how you speak to people nomatter what you’re going through. Was trying to understand how someone in the public can try to help and she would think it’s okay to respond like that! I placed it in the corner of the street and took this picture as evidence just in case! It’s such a shame. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE…

    I have just visited this chemist and just wanted to say what a fantastic job they do! I called in to enquire about booking a flu jab and they fit me in straight away. Despite looking very busy I only had to wait a few minutes. The pharmacist and the staff were all very helpful and I shall now be using this chemist in future

    Majority of this staff are lovely, I have been at the adjoining practice for 6+ years and been using this chemist since then. However it took 2 nasty experiences in a row for me to move from this pharmacy. Don't know her name but one member of staff, old, wears glasses, zero awareness of working in a customer focused role but she is a nasty piece of work. She's on a constant power trip, stuck up and speaks very rudely to people who struggle with English. Don't know how she still has a job. Everyone else is amazing and so friendly and do their jobs well.
