   Had my makeup done by A fabulous makeup artist by the name of 'Emily" yesterday in your store. I was feeling rather drab after my divorce & needed help.to get my glow back & the first step was through a new makeup range. She found me the perfect flawless foundation, bronzer & lip tint. I felt like a new woman once she had done her magic . A stunningly beautiful young woman with an equally stunningly beautiful heart. A lovely lady & superb at her job. It was a pleasure meeting her , she brightened up my day ! :)

   I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received in Boots. I approached a member of staff with a simple, reasonable question about a product on the shop floor. Instead of receiving help, I was spoken to in a rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional manner. The worker responded by saying, “It’s not for you to know as it’s so close to Christmas so we don’t use them,” which is an unacceptable way to speak to a customer. No explanation, no attempt to help, just a blunt and condescending comment. To make matters worse, they then walked away without giving me any opportunity to respond or ask further questions. I was left standing there feeling embarrassed and brushed off, as if my presence was an inconvenience. There is absolutely no excuse for this behaviour. Being busy, especially near Christmas, does not justify rudeness or a lack of basic customer service. Boots is a well-known, trusted retailer, and I expect staff to be knowledgeable, polite, and willing to help customers — not dismiss them with attitude and walk away. This experience has genuinely put me off shopping here again. If this is the standard of customer service being allowed, then it seriously needs addressing. I will be taking my custom elsewhere and would not recommend this store to anyone expecting respectful treatment.

   I went into the store deciding to stop pretending I know everything about makeup and actually sit myself down to ask for advice, and MY GOD did I make the right decision… I left spending £80 over my budget because the girl that was helping me was EXTREMELY good at her job. Hafsa was really attentive and charismatic, she loves her job and it shows. She literally stood there testing every foundation in the store to match my undertone, gave great advice and had lit energy overall. #GiveTheGirlARaise

   Today, I went to buy from No7 section. A lovely Pakistani girl helped me choose the best skincare products in No7. She was very kind and she understood my skin perfectly. Julie was great for helping me in self-checkout. Also, there is Malaysian Pharmacist who specializes in Vaccines. I highly recommend to visit Boots. However, the only thing I didn’t like was my experience during a product return. A staff member name (Bath), who introduced herself as a manager, was quite unprofessional. She seemed unfamiliar with the return policy, and we waited for more than 30 minutes while she tried to figure it out. Then, she said I’ll look for my colleague and she run for more than 10 mins to ask for a help. Then, she returned the money without saying a single word. It was disappointing considering the otherwise excellent service at the store.

   This branch of Boots on the ground floor of Trinity shopping centre is typical of many Boots stores across the country; it looks rather dated, particularly the lighting. There is the usual range of products: makeup, personal products, medicinal products etc I didn’t speak to any staff on my most recent visit but in the past have found them pleasant and polite. Like most Boots in addition to the products and the Pharmacy other services are offered including a contraception service and various vaccinations.

   This is a nice location in Leeds which is right across from the mall and the Starbucks. Has a large cosmetics area, an optical department and many options for quick food. Large and bright. Entrance usually has a street performer as well. I always look for the coupons given out with receipt which usually offers £5 towards No7 products

   Went to boots today and wanted got great service from Edouard despite the evening rush. He was very patient and gentle in explaining how to use the machine and even helped me sort out some trouble i had. Real great employee, truly exceptional service. Hope this reaches someone who can give him a pat on the back. 5 Stars!

   Went for pre-flight PCR tests. Parked at the Trinity car park, plenty of spaces, good access and the rates are reasonable. Store was clean and tidy, well laid out and wasn't crowded, though it was first thing in the morning. There's good disabled access to the store and higher floors. The testing area was well laid out and the staff friendly and helpful. Our results came back in a little over 24 hours, and the testing process was smooth and efficient. They might not be the cheapest testing provider, but we had more faith in their reliability and processes being a well known store than some of the others.
