   I bought a pair of shoes and ordered a pair of shoes. I never received a confirmation email for my order but the money is debited out of my account. I received no shoes either. Furthermore I think the store assistant couldn’t be bothered to be at work, no smiles no please no thank you. This is the atmosphere of the whole store.. lax a daisy approach to customers. I have tried to contact the store and office via email and chat since Tuesday and I have not been able to get in touch. I am £70 short with no shoes and no confirmation.

   To day I shopped at your OFFICE store in Leeds Briggate 69/70 I was looking for new Birkenstocks for my wife, which had to be perfect. The member of staff that helped me choose the footwear was a lady called Sam, who was brilliant patient and knowledgeable with the colour size etc. All shoe shops have always seemed the same to me until now, regarding the attentiveness help and lovely personality from Sam, I will be recommending this store in Leeds to all our friends.    Run by kids, zero customer service. Customers treated like they’re an inconvenience. I had to ask 5 times (3 different people) to check a shoe size availability. After waiting for ages without anyone having the curtesy to come back to, I left and purchased shoes from elsewhere. A terrible customer experience

   I enjoyed my shopping so much - Firstly I got a pair of shoes from their official website but it did not look good on me. I returned them back to the store and the staff were very welcoming and nice. Then I tried other shoes in the store and got something I love. In the following days I realised the size was not perfect so I decided to go back again to get a bigger one. Whenever I went there they were always welcoming the customer with a smiling face. Patient fab staff and very good customer service. Good selection with good price/discount. Either a famous brand or their own brand they always have many options. The website is also very clear and I found it easy to find what I like/want.

   Unimpressed with the service and it's very squashed. Staff just don't seem that switched on. "I'd like a size 7.5 / 40 please" "We don't do half sizes, would this size 6 do?" Waiting for ages at the till when a member of staff walks up. "Would you like to pay for your shoes" - so many replies I could have given!

   Bought a pair off boots and bad quality made. Getting water leaks and Jamie (Manager) said he can not do nothing about it. It’s just the quality off the boot. 1 week old boots. Will never buy from Office again. Avoid
