Looks after everyone no matter what age or infirmity with care
Staff are helpful, friendly, respectful and discrete. The shop is always clean, tidy and well stocked. Prescriptions are fulfilled in a timely manner and any supply problems are dealt with to the best of their ability.
Fantastic staff they are really helpful nice shop with lots of Christmas bargains.
Had to wait 45mins for pre ordered prescription. Short staffed. One in one out policy. Shut 3 days one week. opening at 1 oclock one day through staff shortages. Really bad managers of this once well staffed and well stocked chemist
Used to be the best pharmacy in town, but lately they are always short staffed, always short of stock & sometimes closed, for lack of a pharmacist. This is not the staff at fault, who always try their best, but the company don’t seem to back them anymore. We used to have 4 Loyds in town, now just this under-supported one. Are Loyds going under or something!?

Brilliant place, The chemist and other staff are always happy to answer any questions you may have in a friendly personal way that makes you feel at ease. This chemist doesn't feel as busy and rushed like most chemists which allows them to have a more personal relationship with you. They remember you by name and know of your condition and try and help you the best they can not just pass you a bag of meds over the counter and shout next.
