Physio was not helpful and in fact gave me exercises that worsened my condition, leading to a subluxation of my hip. After contacting the centre to explain this I received no support prior to my next appointment in which she questioned my condition and manoeuvred my leg causing extreme pain to the point I left in tears. The whole experience left me feeling let down, stressed and in pain.
