   On the 10th dec my poor cat was put to sleep I felt Oliver my cat did not get the treatment he deserved. The vet who treated him was a heartless man. I felt this vet was not pulled up by the bosses who work at the pet shop. Today I went to collect my cats ashes. If I could I would give this place zero out of zero. I will never forget what they did to my cat

   Called here whilst searching for some very specific dietary items for our poorly dog. They didn't have what we were after, but staff were extremely helpful and took time to enquire with the vet and other staff members as to whether an alternative was available. Very helpful.

   The staff were amazing especially Katie she’s an absolute star. I brought in a poorly 5 week old kitten to be seen by vets 4 pets upstairs. I was looking for a feeder but had no knowledge about how to deal with kittens, since it was first time. But Katie took her time out to help me pick out the things I needed and she also helped me prepare the formula. She physically showed me how to feed the kittens too. Amazing! Lovely experience. Thanks again to all staff.

   On Saturday I needed more pet food for my fish. I couldn’t find any without flakes and they recommended this! Flakes make these type of goldfish’a tummie swell! These pellets do the same! I now have 3 dead fish! Won’t be using pets at home again!

   Used to take the dog to a place in Dewsbury but they changed hands and now not so good. I am not usually a lover of big companies but after going to PAH I am presently surprised. The place is clean, the receptionists are great and yhe vets we have had have been great. We have even signed up for the vaccination plan which saves quite a bit over the year. All in all very happy

   Love pets at home never had a bad experience, Staff great,service great got to say one of the best experiences shopping in general, some other high street retails need to look at how these guys train staff and find staff that want to help and seem happy doing so, just great keep up the fantastic work

   Helpful, friendly staff and lovely clean store. Maonly shelves well stocked. However, only thing when I visited I was specifically looking for dried dog food for a senior dog and very little to choose from as those shelves were pretty bare. Bit saying that every other time I have visited I've always found what I am looking for. Always reasonably priced. Our dog loves having a browse!

   The staff member, I've forgotten her name my apologies, who helped my daughter choose her pet gerbils was wonderful. She took time, advised her, let her hold them and was so patient. It made the whole thing an experience in itself for my little lady. The products, prices and range of products for such a wide range of pets is fabulous.
