“Having tried unsuccessfully to obtain a prescription from 5 different pharmacies, Batley Pharmacy staff went out of their way to order it for me. It was delivered late afternoon and I collected it just after 6pm. Such a bonus they staff open until 10.30pm! The pharmacist also gave me a follow-up call to check the medication was as prescribed as it was an unusual dosage. Very pleased with this service, thank you.”
“Excellent customer service! Came in for meds that no other chemist I visited could source and this chemist went above and beyond yet again and sourced a suitable alternative all without asking. Also would love to mention the pharmacy first service they provided to me. Pharmacist is very knowledgeable, competent and professional. Treated urinary tract infection and again, went above and beyond to help. If anyone can help Mileusnic can and their sister branch at Birstall, Winer Chemists are equally commendable. “A shout out to Nicola at the Leeds/Birstall branch. There was no member of staff at the No. 7 section as the sales assistant had gone home for the day, and Nicola looked after a different make up brand. On approaching her for some help, even though it wasn't her own brand to sell, she really went above and beyond to help me out with matching and choosing the right products for my needs. She even applied them on have me tips how to use them which, for a complete novice like me, was very much appreciated. I have always been extremely nervous to ask for help and feel a little intimidated by all the products and bad experiences with unfriendly staff in the past, and also feeling pressured into buying something I'm not very sure about, but Nicola was lovely and very patient and made sure I was OK with what I'd tried. So thank you for your help and Boots is lucky to have such nice staff x”

Thankfully a generous employee named jack helped me upon my request and retreived the rum for me with perfect manners and proffesionalism.”
