   Lovely staff was looking for some spiced rum to have over the festive period however due to what i assume is high demand there was none available on the shelves. Thankfully a generous employee named jack helped me upon my request and retreived the rum for me with perfect manners and proffesionalism.

   The stuff and very rude and they need some proper training for how to talk to customers especially at self service. They treat people harshly and when you want to get some item approved they are taking forever to approve it and then they go away and you have to look for them again to get the security tag off and you have to show a receipt to the same staff member which had approved your item and probably saw you pay as well. And then you need to show the receipt again for the security. They treat you like a criminal.

   Why are they closed at 12? Used to be 24h. This alone shows how poor the place is, can't even keep it open anymore, this is what happens when greed takes over, too funny

   Tesco has opened its terrible cafe/restaurant who serves a £2.50 seasoned chips but look at the portion 18 tiny slices of potatoes, appears pale seasoned doesn’t it? Zero presentation omg. I complained to the chef over the counter and he said it was seasoned. But for the second time around I had to ask one of the lovely waitress asking her opinion as to why seasoned potatoes were looks pale and tasteless? The waitress agreed that the chips were ordinary and took the portion back to the counter to be replaced. We’ve got seasoned chips (20pcs) in the end lol thank you for the waitress who listened my complaint. I wont recommend this place, I will go somewhere else instead.

   Wouldn’t give it a single star if I could. The managers really need to check over who they’ve employed. Girl with headscarf trying to flirt with men and then then tries saying I can’t buy cigarettes as a grown women with my own ID. Excuse “Because there is 2 of you here and 1 doesn’t have ID”. Ok I’ve come alone to buy my own cigarettes with my ID. My friend went off and she still tries arguing with me that I cannot buy them. Simply she made the rule up lol and didn’t want to sell them to me so comes out with petty excuses.

   Huge store on 2 floors. Moving walkway going up and down. You are much advised to get a ClubCard in order to get the better deals. Nice cafe. Shrove Tuesday products seemed very thin on the ground. No deli/cheeses counter. The meats counter seemed to supply Halal only products which is a real turn off. Staff were friendly.

   If you want anything F&F do not look elsewhere Tesco is your sure plug for any kind of brand. Pastries in Tesco can only be compared to none, one of the best among many I had tasted in the past. World food sections are full of spices and condiments, starting from Asian to African In all I love this place
