“Cannot thank Sophie enough for her knowledge and caring nature, I have had a poorly puppy for a couple of days and suspected she was allergic to her puppy food, mainly when opening a new bag, she wasn't eating much and had a bad tummy. Sophie explained every dog food in detail and which ones would help a sensitive tummy, we settled on AVA, within minutes of returning home the puppy had eaten a full bowl of food and her energy returned. “Not just friendly staff but staff that care. They don't give you medication they talk to you about it and show you how to administer it. As important as you are to them, your pet is even more important as it should be. They took exceedingly good care of our little coco and I can't thank them enough. Extremely well knowledgeable, they don't push products on you or give unnecessary medication.
