It was heartbreaking to see him so frightened, depressed, and miserable — his quality of life had fallen so low that we even considered putting him to sleep. From the moment we came to Paragon, everything changed. Sam, Simon, and James treated Henry with such care and professionalism, and gave us hope when we thought there was none. The cataract surgery was a complete success — Henry can see again, and his ongoing check‑ups have shown he’s doing very well. His world has opened up once more. He’s back to enjoying life, happy and confident, and we truly cannot thank the team enough for giving him back his sight and his joy. A million thank you's to Sam, Simon, James and the team. We also want to mention that Simon had treated our previous Pug, Angelica, many years ago at Calder Vets for an eye ulcer, and was excellent then too.
