“Cannot thank Sophie enough for her knowledge and caring nature, I have had a poorly puppy for a couple of days and suspected she was allergic to her puppy food, mainly when opening a new bag, she wasn't eating much and had a bad tummy. Sophie explained every dog food in detail and which ones would help a sensitive tummy, we settled on AVA, within minutes of returning home the puppy had eaten a full bowl of food and her energy returned. I cannot thank her enough.”

“We had an unplanned stay having been stuck in traffic for 7 hours. We arrived late in the evening. A lovely chap called Cain helped me book a room. His service was impressive. He was welcoming and friendly. An asset to Travel lodge. Clean room , comfy beds. Would definitely recommend.”

“We stumbled across this EXCELLENT shop quite by accident looking for an anti pluck vest for Buster, our 20 yr old African Grey. She had a Very Bad experience with an ex partner of my wife. We had tried every remedy and additive etc and nothing worked. The knowledge these girls have about parrots oosed out of the pages of their website. Upon visiting yesterday, finding plenty of good toys and good quality feed and equipment etc, not just for Buster but for Mary our 15 yr old Royal Python. After picking a few items required (some lovely S/H feed bowls very cheap), we spoke to the staff and came away with a completely new plan to help Buster with some great advice given on how to move forward. We will DEFINATELY be back and have found a Real Gem of a place that is firmly in our address book and first port of call for anything Exotic Pet wise. Thnx girls. “I have tried everytype of food for a picky eating dog and not one has achieved the results that the food I get from Nell's gets, clean bowl every time, the advice and friendliness of the staff is and has always been spot on, it's a great shop and my go to place for anything dog related, I was recommended there by a friend and have been using for nearly a year now and as I said I tried everything before and nothing works as well as what the team at Nell's advised. “Used Ardsley Boarding kennels recently for the first time and can't thank them enough! It was Luna's first time in kennels so was a little apprehensive leaving her for 2 weeks, However Ardsley kennels kept me regularly updated on her. She was very happy when I collected her this morning and smelt lovely after having a bath during her stay! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again!!! Thankyou ☺️”

“Not just friendly staff but staff that care. They don't give you medication they talk to you about it and show you how to administer it. As important as you are to them, your pet is even more important as it should be. They took exceedingly good care of our little coco and I can't thank them enough. Extremely well knowledgeable, they don't push products on you or give unnecessary medication. They understood not just what was wrong with our naughty cat lol also her behavior, preferences and attitude without me having to tell them. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are.
